DELIVERY TRACKING

Thank you for shopping with Konto Furniture/Sofa Land. Here you can check on your delivery status using our tracking tool. You can look up your order using your order number as shown on your invoice, or the phone number associated with your account. Check back here for the most up-to-date information on your delivery, as delivery times can fluctuate throughout the day.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please assist us to make your delivery successful:

• For your protection, we will only deliver if your residence is attended by an adult or person of legal age for the duration of the delivery.

• Please ensure your driveway, walkways, and hallways are clear. (Free from vehicles, ice, mud, bikes, toys, etc.)

• Pre-measure your doorways, entrances, and hallways to ensure your new furniture will fit.

• Please remove existing furniture and ensure the area is ready to receive the delivery of the new furniture.

Order Conditions

Upon pick up or delivery of merchandise, we require the cardholder to be present along with the credit card used to make the online purchase, as well as matching photo ID. If the cardholder is not present for pick up or delivery, the merchandise will not be released.

Curbside Delivery Service

Private Residences:
Any product delivered Curbside will be left in original factory packaging and delivered to the front door or garage of the customer’s residence. Products will not be placed inside the home.

Condominiums & Apartment Buildings:
Any product delivered Curbside will be left in original factory packaging and delivered to the front door of the building or to the loading area (if the building has one). Products will not be brought into the building, or to the door of the condo or apartment.

Businesses:
Any product delivered Curbside will be left in original factory packaging and delivered to the front door of the building the business is in or to the loading area (if the building has one). Products will not be brought into the building.

Any product delivered Curbside in which a customer cancels and would like to have picked up and returned is subject to a $99 pick up fee and restocking fee.  Please see Return Policy for additional details. 

In-Home Delivery Service

Any product scheduled for an In-Home Delivery will be opened and inspected in our warehouse, recovered in a plastic wrap, and protected with blankets during the delivery.  Upon arrival at the customer’s home, condo, apartment, or business, the delivery team will bring the product in and assemble it in the customer’s desired room.  All garbage and packaging will be removed when the delivery is completed.
Please note, delivery teams will NOT move, rearrange, or take away pre-existing furniture or décor for liability reasons. Delivery teams are limited to handling only products on the Bill of Sale being delivered that day.

Rural & Out of Town Deliveries

Any rural or out of town deliveries are subject to different delivery fees than specified above. Please contact us at info@kontofurniture.ca for delivery options and pricing.

We are unable to provide shipping or delivery anywhere outside of Alberta.
